    Additionally, we accept cash payments for out-of-network clients and can provide a Superbill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

    A Superbill is a detailed invoice that healthcare providers give to patients following visits. Superbills include information such as the services provided, diagnosis code, dates of service, provider information, etc. The insurance company reviews the bill and reimburses the client directly for the covered amount.

    We encourage clients to reach out to their health insurance companies and inquire about their behavioral health benefits, including coverage for certain CPT codes. Understanding your insurance coverage can help you make informed decisions about your mental health care. Be sure to ask about coverage for Psychiatric Evaluations (CPT Code 99025) and follow-up visits (CPT Codes 99214 & 90833).

  • We offer immediate availability for intakes/evaluations and medication management follow-up appointments.

  • A comprehensive and complete initial evaluation with diagnostics is $300. Follow-up appointments are $200.

  • At this time, Boston Psychiatric Services is a Telehealth only provider service.
